Cooking them

Oven as hot as it goes. Straight from frozen onto a tray or a pizza stone, no defrosting needed.

Five to ten minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the crust has caught a bit of colour.

Keeping them

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until you are ready to cook.

They arrive frozen, so get them into the freezer when they land. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Our BBQ Chicken pizza is sweet, smoky and full of flavour. Perfect for an individual or shared between two with sides.

Hand-stretched dough, slow fermented for a light crust, topped with a rich BBQ sauce, creamy mozzarella, tender chicken breast, sweetcorn, red onion and a sprinkle of vegetarian parmesan.

Par-baked in our home kitchen, frozen fresh, and ready for you to finish in a hot oven for that authentic Neapolitan-style crust – soft, airy and lightly charred.

BBQ Sauce:
Water, tomato paste, sugar, spirit vinegar, glucose syrup, malt vinegar (BARLEY), soy sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), salt, spices, preservative: potassium sorbate

Topping:
Mozzarella cheese (MILK), chicken breast, sweetcorn, red onion, Vegetarian Parmesan (MILK)
