Shipping policy

Frozen dough balls are the only thing we sell through this website, and we deliver them ourselves.

Where we deliver

Anywhere within 10 miles of Stourbridge. If you are not sure whether you are inside that, put your postcode in at the checkout and it will tell you. If you are just outside, email jim@papijimspizza.com and we will see what we can do.

What it costs

Delivery is £3.50 on orders under £50.00. At £50.00 and over it is free.

When it arrives

Delivery is on a Wednesday. Order by the end of the Monday before and you can have that Wednesday; after Monday the next one we can do is the following week. You choose which Wednesday and a rough time window when you order.

We will always aim to deliver on the day and in the time window you have chosen. If we cannot for any reason, we will be in touch to discuss it with you and sort out another time.

When they turn up

They arrive frozen and sealed individually. Get them into your freezer when they arrive. Keep them at -18°C or below, and once they are defrosted do not refreeze them.

If you will not be in, say so in the order notes and tell us where to leave them. We cannot leave frozen dough sitting outside for long, so if we cannot get an answer and there is nowhere safe and cold to put them, we will take them back and call you.

Fresh pizza and frozen pizza

We do not sell these online. Fresh pizza is cooked at pop-ups and at events you book us for, and our frozen pizzas are sold through farm shops, butchers and delis. Nothing on those is ordered or delivered through this site.
