Shipping policy

We don't deliver. Everything is made fresh on the day and collected from us in person.

How collection works

Order online, choose a collection time in the basket, and turn up at that time. Give your name and we'll hand your box over. There's nothing to print.

Your pizzas are made for the time you picked, so they're at their best right when you collect them.

Where we are

We set up at spots around Kingswinford. The venue and date for the next one are shown on our home page and in your order confirmation email.

If you're running late

Give us a ring or drop us a message and we'll do our best to hold your order until you get there. We're usually on site for a few hours, so a bit of lateness is rarely a problem.

If you can't make it at all

Let us know as early as you can by emailing jim@papijimspizza.com. See our refund policy for what happens next.

If something's wrong

Tell us there and then if you can, and we'll put it right on the spot. If you only spot it later, email jim@papijimspizza.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
