Shipping policy

Your dough is perishable, so we keep delivery quick and simple. Here's how it works.

How we send it

• Sent by DPD with a one hour delivery window, so you're not waiting in all day.
• Order by 12pm for same day dispatch.
• We dispatch Monday to Thursday only. No weekend dispatch and no weekend delivery.
• Your order arrives the next working day.

Someone needs to be in

This is fresh food, so someone needs to be home to take it in. DPD will send you a one hour window on the day, so you'll know when to expect it.

Where we deliver

UK mainland only. We can't currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands or offshore islands.

If something's wrong

If your order turns up damaged or in poor condition, we'll replace it. No questions asked. Just email jim@papijimspizza.com with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it.
