Refund policy

Our dough is fresh, perishable food, so this policy is a little different to a normal returns policy. Please read it before ordering.

Before your order is dispatched

If you change your mind, email jim@papijimspizza.com as soon as you can. As long as we haven't yet created a shipping label for your order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Once your order is dispatched

Because the dough is perishable, we can't accept returns once your order is on its way. This is a food safety matter, not us being difficult. We can't resell food that has left our kitchen.

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition

We'll put it right, no argument. Email jim@papijimspizza.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't turned up when it should have, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out, either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.
