Cooking them

Oven as hot as it goes. Straight from frozen onto a tray or a pizza stone, no defrosting needed.

Five to ten minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the crust has caught a bit of colour.

Keeping them

Keep frozen at -18°C or below until you are ready to cook.

They arrive frozen, so get them into the freezer when they land. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Hand-stretched dough, slow fermented for a light, airy crust, topped with vibrant tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, Properoni pepperoni, a sprinkle of vegetarian parmesan, and finished with sweet and spicy peppers.

Par-baked in our home kitchen, frozen fresh, and ready for you to finish in a hot oven for that authentic Neapolitan-style crust – soft, airy and lightly charred.
