Our Papi Jim’s dough balls are all about simplicity done properly – the same dough we use for our pizzas, now ready for you to create your own at home.

Hand-mixed and slow fermented for a light, airy structure, each dough ball is packed with flavour and designed to give you that soft, fluffy centre with a crisp, lightly charred crust when cooked hot.

Ideal for pizza parties or saving money making your own fresh pizza with each dough ball costing just £1.66 each.

Frozen fresh to lock in quality, so you can take your time and enjoy the process.

How to use:

• Take out and leave at room temperature for 6-9 hours (until soft and almost room temperature)
• Lightly flour and gently stretch into your base 
• Add your toppings
• Cook as hot as your oven allows (250°C+ ideal) for 6–8 minutes
